"We were craving authentic Mexican street food and stumbled into La Valeta, where we found this absolute hidden-gem food truck with cozy patio seating. Everything was a solid 10/10 - the service, the food, and especially the Victoria Cerveza . We ordered the chicken quesadilla and chicken relleno, and both were spot on. Portions were generous, so we were *way* too full to try more, but zero regrets! Huge thanks to the host and team for being so kind, patient, and accommodating with us non-Spanish speakers while walking us through the menu."

"No exaggeration, but this is one of the best quesadillas we've ever tasted! It's run by locals, and I can sense their passion for their work. The steak and peppers are slowly cooked in a wooden braise, which definitely enhances the flavor. If I were you, I'd definitely try it. Enjoy!"

"We stumbled upon this taquería on our first night near our stay, and it turned out to be such a great find. Augustin, who owns a few local businesses, provided wonderful hospitality and service. He checked in on us throughout the meal, made excellent recommendations, and truly created a personal, welcoming experience.
